The latest addition to the Paradox portfolio is called Victoria: Revolutions. One of the coolest new features is that you can upload finished games from V:R into Hearts of Iron 2: Doomsday.

Victoria: Revolutions will only be released as download through Gamers Gate and be released in August. Price is set to $9.99 or equivalent.

Is This Standalone like Hearts of Iron Doomsday? Will you be able to buy it in a cd from this website or is it download only? If it is a cd and standalone I will buy otherwise I will not
